What should I expect in a fitting? We understand that many women who have never been fit are anxious or intimidated by the idea of a bra fitting. Our goal is respect each customer's privacy and individual needs. Please let us know if you have any special concerns before we begin the fitting. Typically, we begin by taking a quick measurement of your rib cage while your bra is left on. We do not measure the bustline since every women's breast tissue varies. Trying a bra or two on is the most direct way for us to discern cup size (which will often change depending on the vendor). Some customers are comfortable with the fitter present while they change bras and others prefer privacy in between fits. We leave that choice up to the customer! Once the bra is on, we adjust and assess the fit of each bra, while discussing the fit with our customer. Our goal is to leave each client with several bras that fit properly. Ultimately It is up to the customer to decide which bras meet their individual needs of comfort and lifestyle needs

How do I care for my bras and lingerie? All companies recommend hand washing bras and other intimate items. Never put your bras in the dryer! Always hang your bras to dry. If you choose to put them in the washing machine, make sure they are in a lingerie bag. The lingerie bag protects the bras so hooks and underwires don't get caught on anything. Use the gentle cycle and cold water with a gentle liquid soap. When storing bras do not invert the cups, as it will cause creasing that can show through clothing. Traveling Tip: placing rolled socks inside of the cups will preserve their shape
