Top Drawer Return and Exchange Policy

Because bras are an underwear item, we are unable to accept the return of bras which have had their tags removed and have been worn.

The item must be returned to us in the precise condition it was sent, namely, all tags and stickers still attached. They must be packaged appropriately (so that items maintain their shape and are not crushed), and received by us within 14 days of the ship date. Please note that items not returned in this condition will not be refundable. Due to hygienic laws, all merchandise must be returned to us in clean, new, unworn nor washed condition, free of scents (including smoke), dirt or other markings.

Damaged goods will be processed at our discretion. We reserve the right to assess restocking/damage restoration fees, and deny refunds according to the amount of damage done.

Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 14 days but less than 21 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange any of your items, you may return your item for store credit only. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges after 21 days.

Replacement items will be charged shipping on the exchanged order. For example, if you ordered a 44D and paid $7.00 shipping, when you exchange that bra for a 44E, you will be charged appropriate shipping on your replacement order.

How to Return Merchandise:
All returns should be sent in the original package with the original receipt and instructions regarding the processing of the return/exchange.

Final Sale of Items:
Due to the nature of some of our products, such as Takeouts and nipple covers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. In addition to the aforementioned items, our exchange policy does not apply to panties and thongs. All of these items may not be returned or exchanged. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch, such as panties and thongs, cannot be returned.

Returning/Exchanging Notes:
We are not responsible for defects caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the manufacturer deems the item to be defective.

All lingerie items are inspected by us prior to shipping. If we inadvertently send an incorrect item or a mislabeled item we will not only cover the cost of the return but will also cover the cost of shipping the correct item back to you. Please note that we must first receive the returned item(s) prior to sending the correct product back to you.
