Why you need a bra fitting every year
As your body changes, so will your bra size. This is especially important in the teen years where there is noticeable growth happening . If you have lost or gained weight, or are simply maturing, chances are you will need to change your bra wardrobe.

A well-fitting bra is essential for comfort, posture and breast health. A badly fitting bra can cause back problems, muscle tension and headaches. Not only is it uncomfortable, but the wrong size can also cause breast cysts, tenderness and pain. For this reason, you should have a fitting by a Top Drawer Bra Fitting Specialist at least once a year or, preferably, after every noticeable growth or even reduction.
Things to look for which tell you if your bra is the wrong size:
     • If your cups runneth over, it’s time to go up a cup size.
     • If your cups dimple, it’s time to go down a cup size.
     • If you see back fat, your bra is too big. Wear your bra lower on your back in a smaller band size will eliminate back fat.
     • If your strap slips, it could indicate that the band size is too large.

2. Never place your bras in the clothes dryer! Always air dry your bras! the dryer will destroy the elasticity of the bras, stress the underwire and ruin the contour cups!

3. When storing your bras, please do not invert the cups, particularly if they are contour.

4. When traveling, place rolled up socks inside the contour cups in order to preserve the natural shape.

Remember to take good care of your bras to ensure the longest life possible. We encourage you to wear your bra for an hour of so after you shower, before removing the tags to ensure it meets your individual needs.
